Keegan Noxell
VP | Business Operations
As the youngest member of our management team, Keegan currently oversees all aspects of our business operations with a focus on: finance, marketing, purchasing, human resources and assisting his father in sales and customer relations.
It is his knack for attention to detail, business sense combined with an entrepreneurial spirit that makes him a valued member of our team as we continually grow as a company.
Keegan Noxell is a graduate of the Business Accounting program at Fanshawe College, obtaining his diploma in 2013.
Mike Kaufman
General Manager
A valued member of our management team, Mike Kaufman brings over 22 years of industry experience through progressive leadership roles. He works closely with both Doug and Keegan to manage the day-to-day operations.
Mike Kaufman is a Certified Tool and Die Maker from Fanshawe College.
Ron Pelton
Senior CNC Programmer
Ron Pelton has 34 plus years of industry experience in CNC machining and CAD/CAM programming, with extensive knowledge of our CAD/CAM software package CAM-TOOL, which he sold alongside Doug Noxell earlier in his career.
Ron Pelton is a Licensed General Machinist.
Ron Brown
Quality Assurance Manager
An industry veteran tool and mold designer and CAD/CAM programmer since 1985. Ron Brown brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the company as its Quality Assurance Manager.
With his knowledge and expertise of blueprint reading, GD&T and programming, he is tasked with ensuring every single component meets our exacting standards throughout the manufacturing process and before it ships to the customer.
Mr. Brown obtained his Mechanical Engineering Technician diploma from Durham College of A.A.T. with top honours.
Kody Noxell
CNC Machinist
Kody Noxell began working at SURKUT Machine in April 2009 along with his younger brother.
Kody is a quick learner having familiarized himself with all of the machines within our state-of-the-art facility and has a thorough understanding of the machine controls and picking up parts to within an impressive 0.0025mm (0.0001").
Kody was an integral piece to the successful transition moving from our Windsor location to our current facility in Mount Brydges. In his spare time, Kody enjoys spending time with his family and three young children.
